Nobody who is truly suicidal gives a fuck what anyone else thinks. They don’t care how many notes something gets or how long they will put it off for.

This is for attention and disgusting. You are trying to get attention off something that is a serious matter and is a disgrace.

I know because I was suicidal at a point last year. When I was un-medicated and my Major Depressive Disorder was at its peak. It didn’t make a difference what anyone said or did because it is a deep rooted mental issue.

Stop making posts like this.

Designer creates world’s first line of lingerie for women with colostomy bags

A friend linked this to me. This seems frivolous, but it’s actually a pretty big deal for women who have digestive diseases (like colitis) that are sometimes treated with colostomies (where they remove the diseased part of the colon and link the healthy end to an external bag). The designer said he had friends who were nervous about being naked with a new partner because of their situation. So this guy made stoma plugs that look like cute accessories, not medical devices. That fabric flower in the photo above is actually serving a health purpose in addition to being adorable. The designer also found a way to redesign the colostomy bag so that it doesn’t bulge under clothing and has a vent for gas - again, big deals for people who live with them every day.

This is REALLY awesome. My cousin’s wife got colon cancer at the age of…24, I think? Very young. And while it’s no one’s business of course we wonder what it’s like for a young woman to live with a colostomy bag. And of course—what it’s like to be sexual with someone.

This is amazing. I have a good friend who needs a colostomy bag and she will LOVE this.

When I was a kid I had a lot of stuffed animals and I liked to take at least four or five of them with me wherever I went, so my parents referred to it as a “menagerie” and I didn’t really know much about that word other than what it phonetically sounded like and the fact that it was used to describe all my toys

Anyway one day I was at a friend’s house and their mom absent-mindedly used the term “ménage à trois” in front of us and I was like “oh yeah I have one of those wherever I go”
