Day Five: Share your favorite recipe.
4oz flour
4oz butter
2oz brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon
Cream the butter in a big bowl, then mix in the sugar, vanilla essence and cinnamon. Gradually add the flour (so it’s easier to mix and less likely to be lumpy) then mix until it forms a dough. Roll lumps of the dough into spheres then flatten, and place on a baking tray....
